The Human Challenge:
Welcome!
May you always feel safe.
Challenge: Spirit Being Human.
As far back as I can remember, I have been asking, "What is my purpose here?"
Whereas at first, it was very much based on external circumstance and how I would fit into the world.
Recently, my perspective has shifted slighty, and I began asking,
"What is the purpose of humankind?" &
"How do I, as a separate & unique individual, fit into that whole picture?"
I believe that as we tap into our greater purpose of being a peaceful human,
the individual's soul purpose will be revealed.
I believe that as we begin to enjoy ourselves here,
playing this life as a game
with the strong intention
to FULLY EMBRACE OUR HUMANNESS,
we will begin
to Feel Good,
life will begin to transform.
So, why are we here? What on Earth are we all doing here, running around, pretending we are so insignificant?
We are simply pretending.
On a Deep Soul Level, we know we are playing!
You are pretending you are a victim to time, victim to circumstance, victim to this world.
Pretending, pretending, pretending to be SOMETHING other than the unique being which you are.
May we all begin to live our unique human experience without shame.
May we all begin to live a life worth living.
I am taking on the challenge of meeting these beliefs within myself with
kindness, understanding,
courage and compassion.
During the process, I will be sharing my daily practices, affirmation heart songs, inspirational stories, and challenges.
I LOVE challenges.
I encourage and challenge YOU to take this journey with me.
Beginning right now.
Take a deep breath, go for a nature hike, take a bath, drink a glass of water.
Start simple.
Ask yourself in every moment today,
"What would feel really good right now?"
"How can I honor myself and my desires?"
"How can I love and appreciate myself more?"
I will be attempting to share on a regular basis (a few times weekly).
